Since the beginning, it has been a goal of Knobby's to create a completely Australian Made range - and we've finally done it.

Natural. Ethical. Sustainable. Made from superfine 94% Merino Wool fibres grown in the foothills of the Great Dividing Range in Victoria, Australia. From country air to underwear, our Merino range is cut, sewn and transformed at our Melbourne factory, then packaged and sent to you from our Sunshine Coast warehouse. 

So why Merino wool?

Merino wool is renowned for its softness, warmth, and moisture-wicking properties, reacting to changes in body temperature to help you stay warm when the weather is cold and cool when it’s hot. Merino wool fibers can absorb up to 30% of their weight in moisture before feeling damp, making Merino underwear an excellent choice for active individuals or those who live in humid environments. 

What comes in the box?

Every pair is hand-packed inside a metal tin, designed around the look of a classic sheep shearer's tin. This packaging not only protects the underwear but also serves as a reusable and eco-friendly storage option. We really wanted to illustrate to customers the quality of the underwear inside, while also showcasing our focus on using local materials.
